Shipping:
All merchandise is shipped via either FedEx, Bluedart/DHL or India Post/Courier service. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 14 business days depending on where you live.
Payment has been credited from my bank, but i have not received order id and confirmation email. What do I do?
There is a possibility of link getting disconnected during returning from the bank after successful payment. In that case you will not be able to see the 'Digital Receipt' of the payment made since the website will not know the details of the transaction made. If this occurs, please send email at FOXCARE.CUSTOMER@GMAIL.COM with cc-avenue transaction id. We will shortly receive the confirmation from the BANK through alternative backup channel and the receipt will be sent to your registered email id.
I would like to order Foxcare products but I don't live in the India. Can I buy your products?
Foxcare is available worldwide. Please send us an e-mail Foxcare.sales@gmail.com or call us +91-9711340293 for more information. If we don't not have an established Foxcare location in your area, or a Distributor who can help you with your products needs we will be more than happy to send you any products you desire straight from our factory. Be sure to include your address, contact number, and product needed in the email so that we can more accurately answer your questions.

I don't want to sign for my package and still unsure as to why I have to. Can you please give an example?
Foxcare ships the product to the consumer. The product is delivered and the Consumer is not home and Courier agency leaves at door without a signature.
Option 1: Customer arrives home and the package is no longer on the doorstep.
Problem: ANGRY CUSTOMER, A new package has to be shipped out taking more time at a complete loss to Foxcare and the customer.

Solution: Have qualified FedEx/Bluedart/courier partner deliver the package in person to your home or business and get your signature to assure the package was received in great shape and in a timely manner.
Order Confirmation
Customers need to verify the receipt of all items at the time their order is received. Any missing items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. This does not include any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled. Any damaged merchandise must be reported directly to us within 7 days of receipt.
Free Shipping Items - Items Labelled as "FREE SHIPPING" applies to items shipped only in India. Once you have placed your order a Customer Service Person will contact you with the shipping charges, if any applicable.
Please note: Shipping on oversized or heavy items may be higher based on weight. A customer service associate will contact you with an actual shipping rate quote if necessary. This may apply to bulk/heavy cans or bulk quantity etc.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Foxcare, Foxcare.in, Foxcare Industries used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Foxcare.
Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Foxcare reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Foxcare shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Foxcare without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Returns/Exchanges
All returns have to be within 10 days of purchase, product unused. Shipping charges is the responsibility of customer and products are subjected to inspection before acceptance.
Please note: any returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
