Is the delivery/shipping free?
The shipping is free for all of our products.
How much time will it take for the order to reach me/ get delivered?
Usually it takes 4-5 days, in some cases even less than that. Due to COVID-19 pandemic there could be delay in shipping from the Courier end.
What is the return policy?
In case the product got damaged due to courier, we will accept the returns within 5 days from delivery. Customers who contact us after the 5 day period will not be entertained. To initiate a return, the customers can write to us Foxcare.customer@gmail.com
What are the payment methods available?
We accept payments via Debit/Credit cards (Mastercard/Visa/Rupay) net banking for Prepaid orders (via Paytm and CC Avenue). You can use Google Pay/ Paytm / UPI for the payment.
Is COD (cash on delivery) available?
Not at the moment due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
What is the expiry date of the products?
Generally there is no expiry of the Foxcare products however, it is recommended that you use the products between 24 months from manufacturing.
Where are the products manufactured?
At Foxcare Industries ,Trinagar ,Delhi.
Can I use your products on all vehicles and motorcycles?
Absolutely!
Can I use these products of home furniture, rubber and plastic products?
Only the products that are recommended for use on furniture, rubber and plastic products should be used on the aforementioned products.
Are these products environmental friendly/ PH balanced?
Yes, absolutely!
How can I track my orders?
Through the AWB numbers that are provided to the customers on behalf of team Foxcare. You can also use Whatsapp Chat to track the order.
How can I cancel my orders?
Once an order is placed on Foxcare, it cannot be cancelled.
How many days will it take for the refund to reflect in my bank account?
Usually in 24- 48 hours working hours.
